Welcome to MARTSYL TECH HUB LTD, a duly registered company with the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria, having RC number 9416094, established to design, develop, and deploy web applications, software solutions, and digital applications.
This Agreement is between MARTSYL TECH HUB LTD ("We", "Us", "Our") and the User ("You", "Your"). By accessing, viewing, or using the platform or any of the services provided, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, which constitute a binding agreement between the parties.

BotMart is a web application that provides a WhatsApp automation service for businesses, enabling them to automate responses to customer messages on WhatsApp through integration with the WhatsApp Business Cloud API provided by Meta.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. BotMart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with inaccurate information.
BotMart offers Starter, Growth, and Pro subscription plans with varying features and pricing as displayed on the pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) via Paystack. You authorise us to charge your payment method at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew before expiry to avoid interruption. Renewal reminders are sent 14 days and 2 days before expiry.
A 7-day grace period applies after expiry. Your bot will be paused but data preserved. After that, the account may be deactivated.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We do not store or retain card or payment details. Users are responsible for any transaction fees or taxes associated with their payments.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice to registered clients.
You agree NOT to use BotMart for any of the following:
BotMart operates via the official WhatsApp Business API by Meta. By using BotMart, you agree to comply with:
The BotMart platform — including its design, code, features, and branding — is protected under applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform. By using BotMart you grant us a limited licence to process and store this content solely to provide the Service.
BotMart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, BotMart shall not be liable for:
- By you: Delete your account at any time from profile settings. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days. No refund for unused subscription time.
- By us: We may suspend or terminate immediately for Terms violations, fraud, or legal requirements. Notice will be given where reasonably possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your bot will stop responding.
We shall take reasonable measures to protect your information and will not disclose it to unauthorized third parties. Your card details will remain secure and will not be exposed.
As part of your use of the platform, we may collect and process certain technical and identification data, including your access token, WhatsApp ID number, WhatsApp number, and phone number ID, for the purpose of enabling service functionality and user verification. Any data obtained through the WhatsApp Business API is used solely for providing the platform's services and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Users are solely responsible for configuring and reviewing their automated workflows. We reserve the right to delete or suspend any account that violates these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MARTSYL TECH HUB LTD, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from:
- Your use of the platform in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- Any negligent or wrongful act by you in connection with the platform
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the platform
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In the event of disputes, claims shall first be resolved amicably through direct discussions between the parties.
If any dispute cannot be resolved within 21 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 2023. The venue and number of arbitrators shall be mutually agreed upon. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on all parties.
