Will I lose quality compressing 4K?
Re-encoding is lossy. Downscaling to 1080p removes 4K detail by definition; 4K-class PRO output keeps UHD resolution with efficient encoding. Keep your camera original if you need an archive master.
Why did my free upload fail?
Free tier has file size and duration caps. Very large 4K exports usually need PRO—check limits on the plans page before uploading.
How long are files stored?
Uploads and outputs are removed automatically within 24 hours. Only you can access your jobs while they exist.
